Design
Day
One of our signature Evermore experiences, the Private 3-Hour Design Day is where your Pinterest boards come to life.
Together, we’ll gather around tables filled with linens, chargers, florals, and décor—mixing, matching, and refining every detail until it feels authentically you. By the end of our session, you'll see your full wedding vision brought to life before your guests ever do, leaving you feeling confident, inspired, and excited for the celebration ahead.

On Your Evermore Day
When your wedding day arrives, your only job is to be fully present. From setup until the final farewell, our team works behind the scenes to manage every moving part, handle every hidden detail, and keep everything running seamlessly.

Up to 15 hours of day-of wedding coordination & rehearsal management

Full timeline execution & complete vendor communication

Full-suite vendor cueing (officiant, DJ, photo/video, florist, caterer, venue, & rentals)

Ceremony processional lineup, cueing, & space styling

Complete placement of centerpieces, candles, signage, favors, & personal details

As an Evermore couple, you're welcome to incorporate any items from our inventory into your wedding design at no extra rental cost. (Linens are also available for use with a cleaning fee).
We love helping couples create stunning celebrations without unnecessary expense. If you purchase custom items for your wedding that you no longer need afterward, we invite you to donate them back to our collection so future Evermore brides can enjoy them, too!
